Innovive Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement
with Fisher Scientific Canada

(San Diego, CA January 25, 2008) - Innovive, Inc., a technology development and manufacturing company that produces the industry's only high-performance disposable IVC system for rodent housing, announced its entrance into the Canadian animal care market with the signing of a distribution agreement with Fisher Scientific Canada, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO)

The Innovive Disposable IVC System eliminates the expensive and labor-intensive washing and sterilization process of rodent husbandry, thus streamlining vivarium operations and freeing up personnel and resources. It has been shown to reduce vivaria operating costs by more than 40 percent, while at the same time providing a superior animal environment.
